SAMUEL JOHN SALTALAMACCHIA [#94353], 58, of Los Angeles was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on three years of probation and was ordered to take the MPRE within one year. The order took effect April 21, 2011.

Saltalamacchia failed to comply with probation conditions attached to a 2008 private reproval. He did not complete the professional responsibility exam, attend ethics school or submit a final probation report. In mitigation, he demonstrated remorse and cooperated with the bar’s investigation.
