December 18, 1996 RICHARD V. ESTRADA [#89110], 48, of Los Angeles was disbarred Dec. 18, 1996, and ordered to comply with rule 955 of the California Rules of Court. Estrada stipulated to misconduct and was suspended and placed on probation in three discipline matters, two in 1991 and a third in 1993. In each instance, he agreed to psychological testing, attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, periodic testing for substance abuse, and quarterly reporting to a bar probation monitor. He failed to comply with any of the conditions.Estrada also failed to participate in the disbarment proceeding. |
