Geselowitz stipulated that in handling a personal injury matter for two clients, he mishandled his client trust account, failed to promptly negotiate medical liens and failed to supervise his office staff in the closure of an active file.

He acted with gross negligence in misappropriating more than $8,000 in settlement funds, an act involving moral turpitude. In aggravation, he committed multiple acts of wrongdoing.
