The order took effect Sept. 19, 2002. Peeples practiced law while suspended for failing to pay bar dues in 1999, making at least 10 court appearances between 1999 and 2001, as well as filing a variety of declarations, answers to complaints and affidavits.He stipulated to the unauthorized practice of law and violating court orders.In mitigation, he has no prior record of discipline, no clients were harmed, he cooperated with the bar's investigation and he was under severe financial stress at the time. |
