The probation of ROBERT G. KOCH JR. [#69914], 50, of Rialto was revoked and his stay of suspension was lifted March 13, 1997. Koch was placed on actual suspension for 11 months and was ordered to comply with rule 955.

Koch was given a stayed suspension and placed on probation in 1995 as a result of his unauthorized practice of law while suspended for nonpayment of bar dues.

He did not file the required quarterly probation reports or inform the bar of a change of address, which were conditions of his probation.
