November 8, 1997 CLARK H. SUMMERS JR. [#69454], 57, of Santa Rosa was suspended for six months, stayed, and placed on two years of probation. The order took effect Nov. 8, 1997. Summers was publicly reproved in 1995. He stipulated that he failed to comply with the condition of his reproval requiring him to take and pass the professional responsibility exam within one year. He did, however, pass the exam two months later. |
