August 23, 2012 TONY ANTONIO LUNA, 73, of Montebello was summarily disbarred Aug. 23, 2012, and was ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. Luna pleaded guilty in 2011 to filing a false tax return, a felony involving moral turpitude. The conviction therefore meets the criteria for summary disbarment. He has been on interim suspension since June 27, 2011. |
