Yeghiayan settled a personal injury case with the insurer of a third party driver, but failed to reimburse his client's insurer for nearly $4,000 in medical bills for more than five years.In the same case, he misappropriated funds from his client trust account and did not respond to his client's status inquiries.Yeghiayan also was privately reproved in 1994 for a matter involving his trust account.In mitigation, he has opened a new trust account and spends more time in his office, curtailing travel and his involvement in community organizations. |
