SALVATORE PATRICK OSIO [#34322], 74, of Idyllwild was summarily disbarred Oct. 14, 2011, and was ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court.

Osio was convicted in 2007 of four felonies – perjury, forgery, grand theft and theft from an elder or dependent adult. Because the crimes are felonies involving moral turpitude, they meet the criteria for summary disbarment.

He has been on interim suspension since May 13, 2008.

SALVATORE PATRICK OSIO [#34322], 70, of Idyllwild was placed on interim suspension May 13, 2008, following convictions for theft from an elder or dependent adult, grand theft by embezzlement, perjury and forgery. He was ordered to comply with rule 9.20. Osio was convicted of embezzling $150,000 from the trust fund of a woman who was once Walt Disney’s secretary. He has appealed the conviction.
