O’Brien successfully completed the Alternative Discipline Program after seeking help for her mental health issues. She stipulated that she was convicted of misdemeanor trespass after being charged with petty theft for shoplifting two shirts at a Macy’s in San Diego. The shirts were valued at less than $400.
