The order took effect Nov. 28, 2013. Kwon stipulated that he told the State Bar he was in compliance with his MCLE requirements when he had not completed any courses within the compliance period. Kwon took the requisite MCLE courses after being contacted regarding an audit of MCLE compliance.In mitigation, Kwon entered into a pre-trial stipulation. |
