He was also placed on one year of probation and faces a one-year suspension if he does not comply with the terms of his disciplinary probation. The order took effect Nov. 18, 2015. In June 2014, Beal pleaded guilty to selling a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He had been arrested in August 2013 for selling an illegal synthetic amphetamine to an undercover San Diego sheriff’s deputy. |
