December 28, 2011 RYAN CHRISTOPHER AULIS, 32, of San Diego was summarily disbarred Dec. 28, 2011, and ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. Aulis pleaded guilty in 2011 to forgery and theft by false pretense. Both are felonies and forgery involves moral turpitude and thus meets the criteria for summary disbarment.
