The order took effect Nov. 18, 2011. Daughetee commingled personal funds in her client trust account and used the account to pay personal expenses. She wrote two checks against insufficient funds in the account, committing acts of moral turpitude.In mitigation, no clients were harmed, and Daughetee demonstrated remorse and took full responsibility for her actions. |
