September 21, 2013 JERRY F. CHILDS [#218457], 40, of Fresno, was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on two years’ probation with an actual 60-day suspension and ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect Sept. 21, 2013. Childs was found culpable of engaging in an act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, or corruption by sending opposing counsel in a medical malpractice case an expert witness list and an expert witness declaration that he knew were false and misleading.In mitigation, Childs had no prior record of discipline before the 2012 incident. |
