December 13, 2013 RITA LUEVANOS-CASTRO [#212576], 43, of Banning was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on one year of probation with an actual 30-day suspension and ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect Dec. 13, 2013. Luevanos-Castro stipulated that in 2012 she reported to the State Bar that she was in compliance with her MCLE requirements when she wasn’t. She took the required courses to come into compliance after the State Bar contacted her regarding an MCLE audit.In mitigation, Luevanos-Castro had no prior record of discipline and cooperated with the State Bar. |
