January 15, 2016 EMILE ADLAI DAVIS [#208394], 50, of San Francisco, was placed on two years’ probation and faces a one-year suspension if he does not comply with the terms of his disciplinary probation. He was also ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect Jan. 15, 2016. Davis did not comply with the terms of a private reproval by not meeting with his probation deputy and failing to submit four quarterly reports and a final report or complete and pass the MPRE and Ethics School. The private reproval was for failing to pay sanctions.In mitigation, he was experiencing family problems at the time of his most recent misconduct and entered into a pretrial stipulation with the State Bar. |
