The order took effect Aug. 7, 2004. Ceballos stipulated to four counts of holding himself out to be an attorney while suspended from practice. The suspension was the result of his failure to pay bar dues or complete MCLE requirements.He appeared in U.S. Immigration Court on behalf of three clients without telling them he was ineligible to practice. |
