November 15, 2015 CYNTHIA DAWN RALLS [#186894], 45, of Garden Grove, was suspended from the practice of law for 90 days and ordered to take the MPRE and comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. She was also placed on three years’ probation and faces a two-year suspension if she does not comply with the terms of her disciplinary probation. The order took effect Nov. 15, 2015. On July 25, 2013, Ralls pleaded guilty to petty theft, a misdemeanor. That March, she stole $185 worth of clothing from a JC Penney store. She was confronted by store personnel and drove off, dropping her purse on the ground. Ralls later returned to the store to turn herself in.In mitigation, she had no prior record of discipline, presented evidence demonstrating her good character and entered into a pretrial stipulation.October 18, 2013 CYNTHIA DAWN RALLS [#186894], 42, of Garden Grove was placed on interim suspension Oct. 18, 2013, following a conviction for petty theft.
