September 24, 2010 ROBERT MILES GREGORY [#181193], 51, of Mesa, Ariz., was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on one year of probation with a 30-day actual suspension and he was ordered to take the MPRE within one year. The order took effect Sept. 24, 2010. In 2008, Gregory was suspended for 30 days by the Arizona Supreme Court for depositing two client checks in his general bank account rather than his client trust account. He stipulated that his actions violated the California Rules of Professional Conduct.In mitigation, the actions were remote in time and Gregory cooperated with the bar’s investigation. |
