PERRY [#168729], 40, of Oakland was suspended for two years, stayed, actually suspended for 60 days and until the State Bar Court grants a motion to terminate the suspension, and she was ordered to take the MPRE. If the suspension exceeds two years, she must prove her rehabilitation. The order took effect May 8, 2005. In a default proceeding, the bar court found that Perry pleaded no contest to misdemeanor DUI in 1999. |
