December 20, 2014 ROSEMARY B. GREENLAW [#166102], 58, of San Jose, was summarily disbarred Dec. 20, 2014 and ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. On Oct. 19, 2007, Greenlaw was convicted of two counts of filing a false document with a public office. In May 2008, she appealed her conviction, and the Court of Appeal ultimately reversed the conviction on one count and ordered resentencing on the second count. Because Greenlaw's conviction was for a felony that involved moral turpitude, it met the criteria for summary disbarment. |
