April 25, 2014 KENNETH BRYAN BROCK [#158311], 53, of Oxnard was suspended for two years, stayed, placed on two years’ probation with an actual 90-day suspension and ordered to take the MPRE and comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. The order took effect April 25, 2014. Brock stipulated to the facts surrounding two misdemeanor convictions. On Aug. 12, 2011, he pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or greater. As a result, his driver’s license was suspended. On Oct. 4, 2011, he was pulled over and admitted to driving on a suspended license.Brock had one prior record of discipline. In 2006, he was suspended after he stipulated to two counts of misconduct. He pleaded guilty in both 2005 and 2006 to misdemeanor DUIs, one with a prior and the other with two priors.November 5, 2006 KENNETH BRYAN BROCK [#158311], 45, of Visalia was suspended for 18 months, stayed, placed on three years of probation and was ordered to take the MPRE within one year and prove his rehabilitation. The convictions do not involve moral turpitude but do warrant discipline.In mitigation, Brock has no prior record of discipline, he cooperated with the bar’s investigation and he quickly pleaded guilty in both cases. |
