April 25, 2014 KENNETH BRYAN BROCK [#158311], 53, of Oxnard was suspended for two years, stayed, placed on two years’ probation with an actual 90-day suspension and ordered to take the MPRE and comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. The order took effect April 25, 2014. Brock stipulated to the facts surrounding two misdemeanor convictions. On Aug. 12, 2011, he pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or greater. As a result, his driver’s license was suspended. On Oct. 4, 2011, he was pulled over and admitted to driving on a suspended license.Brock had one prior record of discipline. In 2006, he was suspended after he stipulated to two counts of misconduct.
