September 6, 2013 TARA SELVER [#153373], 58, of Torrance, was suspended for two years, stayed and placed on two years' probation with an actual 60-day suspension and until she pays restitution. She was ordered to take the MPRE and comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court should her actual suspension last 90 days or more. The order took effect Sept. 6, 2013. Selver stipulated that she failed to submit a final written report to the Office of Probation and pay restitution as required by a 2010 private reproval. She was ordered to pay $7,500 plus interest in restitution. |
