March 8, 2014 ALLEN JEFFREY GROSS [#141082], 65, of Pacific Palisades was suspended for two years, stayed, placed on two years’ probation with an actual 90-day suspension and ordered to take the MPRE and comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. The order took effect March 8, 2014. Gross stipulated to the facts surrounding his 2012 conviction for five misdemeanor counts of failing to file an income tax return. In mitigation, Gross had no prior record of discipline and entered into a pretrial stipulation. |
