May 18, 2011 The probation of JAGROOP SINGH GILL [#113696], 54, of Chowchilla was revoked and he was suspended for six months and ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court. He received credit for a period of involuntary inactive enrollment that began Jan. 24, 2011. The order took effect May 18, 2011. Gill violated the terms of a 2010 suspension by failing to submit one quarterly report, a report showing compliance with probation requirements of an underlying criminal matter and the results of three alcohol and drug tests. He was suspended following a felony conviction for driving under the influence and causing bodily injury.July 4, 2010 JAGROOP SINGH GILL [#113696], 54, of Chowchilla was suspended for six months, stayed, placed on probation for two years with an actual suspension of 30 days and he must take the MPRE within one year. The suspension took effect July 4, 2010. Gill stipulated to one felony conviction involving driving under the influence and causing bodily injury. He was accepted into the State Bar Court’s Alternative Discipline Program but was terminated from it less than two months later for failing to adhere to program requirements.
