CHASLE, 58, of Santa Monica was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on two years of probation with a 60-day actual suspension and ordered to take the MPRE within one year. The order took effect Sept. 17, 2011. Chasle pleaded no contest to petty theft with a prior after she stole an $86 shirt from a department store. The conviction involved moral turpitude. She was convicted two years earlier of shoplifting two pairs of earrings from another department store. In that matter, she submitted a false affidavit to the State Bar Court.Chasle also was privately reproved in 2005. |
