April 17, 2002 DEBBIE RUTH DETRIXHE [102659], 47, of Hermosa Beach was disbarred April 17, 2002, and ordered to comply with rule 955. Detrixhe failed to comply with rule 955, as ordered in a 2001 discipline, which was the result of her failure to comply with probation conditions attached to a 1998 discipline. She had failed to submit quarterly probation reports, CPA certificates of non-possession of client funds or a law office management plan, she did not attend continuing education courses or the bar's client trust account record-keeping class and she failed to enroll in the bar's Law Practice Management and Technology Section.The 1998 discipline was imposed because Detrixhe issued a check to a client drawn upon her client trust account which contained no funds belonging to that client.May 6, 2001 DEBBIE RUTH DETRIXHE [#102659], 56, of Hermosa Beach was suspended for four years, stayed, given an actual two-year suspension, and was ordered to take the MPRE within one year, comply with conditions of probation if any is imposed at the end of her suspension and comply with rule 955.
